About Legacy Point

Legacy Point is a lakefront premier waterfront development on Lake Tuscaloosa. The gated community is one hour from Birmingham and less than 15 minutes from downtown Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama. Legacy Point has a total of 55 lakefront and lake access lots. The cottage themed development is based on a 1940's style lake cottage or camp look with board/batten cedar siding mixed with cedar shakes.
